BloomList makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall BloomList or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the BloomList site, even if BloomList or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 15 years of age to register for an account or use BloomList. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe belong to users who do not meet this requirement.

6. Copyright and DMCA

BloomList respects intellectual property rights. Manhwa metadata and cover images are sourced from public APIs and are the property of their respective copyright holders. If you believe that any content on BloomList infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@bloomlist.com with a description of the content in question and we will promptly review and remove it if appropriate.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on BloomList could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BloomList does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. BloomList may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
